Bund Finance Center fills cherry blossom season with cultural offerings
A series of cultural events has been planned for local people during cherry blossom season by the Bund Finance Center.
Under a 61-year-old cherry blossom tree transplanted from Japan, people can write their spring wishes on wooden cards and then hang them on nearby racks.
The Kyoto House, decorated with pink cherry blossoms, provides an insight into the elegance and charm of the traditional arts and craftsmanship of Kyoto.
People can experience wine tasting and cultural salons with artisans to learn about making jewelry, bronze artwork and porcelain teaware.
Officials from the Bund Finance Center said that its Gym Center and “Dialogue: 130 Years of Lanvin” have also reopened their doors with strict public health measures.
The exhibition puts over 70 antique clothing items, works of embroidery and new fashion designs on display until May 5. Medical staff and their families can visit the exhibition for free.
